You may send your turbocharger to us for a free repair quote. Upon arrival, we will inspect and generate a quote for free. If you turbo requires only a basic rebuild (bearings, seals, balancing, and cleaning), pricing starts at $275 plus freight.

If you turbo requires additional parts, we will quote these materials as a add-on.

If you approve the quote, we will repair the turbocharger quickly. Once repairs are complete, we require payment via major credit card or Paypal, unless prior arrangements are made.

If you do not approve the quote, we will ship your turbo back to you for the freight cost only. If you wish for us to re-assemble it for use as a core, we charge a small fee.

If available, you may opt to purchase a remanufactured turbocharger. If your turbo is not currently at our location, you will be charged a charged a core charge. A refund will be issued on the core charge only after we recieve and inspect your good, rebuildable core.

Before you send your turbo to us, please note the following:

  1. Be sure to include our Turbo Repair Form with your turbo. This allows us to worry about getting it fixed quickly, rather than trying to figure out how to get ahold of you.
  2. Securely pack your turbo. The shipping companies don't care if it's a brick, or priceless china.. They will toss your turbo on multiple occasions.
  3. Wrap your turbo in plastic, to prevent further damage to it. Compressor and Turbine wheels do not like packing peanuts, and oils other fluids can disolve them into a sticky mush.
  4. Please do not include flanges, oil/coolant fittings, or other items. These may not be returned!
  5. Always ship your turbo with a company that offers tracking information and insurance. We recommend insuring the unit for the full replacement value.
  6. Don't forget your Turbo Repair Form.
